Terms of Service

Star-swapper provides tools for business onboarding, review destination management, evidence capture, validation workflows, and credit accounting. You may only use the service for lawful business operations and only for review activity that reflects genuine customer experiences.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, ownership claims, destination URLs, and reviewer attribution you submit into the platform.

You must not use the platform to generate fake reviews, impersonate reviewers, fabricate evidence, tamper with screenshots or recordings, or submit reviews for businesses you own or control unless the workflow explicitly permits it.

Star-swapper may suspend accounts, reject submissions, reverse credits, or terminate access when misuse, fraud, or policy evasion is detected.

Credits, validations, and directory eligibility are product features governed by the business rules in effect at the time of submission. Validation outcomes may include approval, rejection, manual review, retries, or operator intervention.

Posted credits may be corrected if an approval is later found to be invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, or awarded in error.

You remain responsible for obtaining any legally required reviewer consent for recording, screenshots, metadata capture, and platform-specific review actions.
