This policy explains what Star-swapper collects, how it uses evidence and account data, and where responsibility for consent sits when capture workflows are used.
Star-swapper collects account details, business profile information, authentication activity, billing-related records, and product usage data needed to operate the service.
When review evidence features are used, the platform may collect screenshots, screen recordings, destination URLs, route paths, user agent data, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and captured browser cookie metadata that is intentionally submitted as part of the workflow.
We use the collected information to provide the service, validate submitted evidence, prevent abuse, support billing and audit trails, improve reliability, and investigate policy violations.
Review evidence may be processed by internal operators and by AI validation providers used to classify, corroborate, or route submissions.
Evidence and account records may be shared with infrastructure vendors, email delivery providers, and AI processors that support the service. Access is limited to operational, security, and support purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the platform from fraud or abuse, or to enforce contractual and policy rights.
If you use Star-swapper to capture reviewer sessions, you are responsible for presenting any required notices and obtaining any legally required permissions before recording or collecting metadata.
